1、将一条腿向高处抬起,为了保持的身体平衡手臂也要相应的抬高,大腿与腹部最好为90°的夹角,抬腿的同时要注意用力收腹,两腿轮流进行。

2、在走路的过程中进行高抬腿锻炼时候应该降低行走的速度来保持身体的平衡,抬腿的高度要根据熟悉的程度来慢慢的提高。
