包菜炒粉条的家常做法

1、菜洗净切细丝、红薯粉条泡软待用,蒜切片,干红辣椒切段。

2、炒锅放油(油量要比平时炒菜略多),下蒜片,干红椒段爆香,再下卷心菜。

3、卷心菜炒到变软出水时,下粉条翻炒,加老抽、盐调味,让粉条充分吸收卷心菜出的水分。

4、如果还是太干,可以每次少量加一点水,不停的翻炒,直到粉条绵软入味即可起锅。
