3、速度轮滑的滑跑姿势直接关系到滑行速度的快慢。正确的滑跑姿势,是上体前倾接近水平,肩背稍高于臂部,腿部弯曲,上体与地面成15~20度角,大腿和小腿成90~110度角,踝关节成50~70度角,两手互握放于背后或在体侧自然摆动,头部自然抬起,眼向前看5~10米处。
