食材:香椿60克、嫩豆腐200克,盐1克、蔬之鲜少量、辣椒油3克。

1、豆腐切小块,放在开水中焯水三分钟,捞出在凉开水中浸泡;

2、香椿在开水中焯水30秒,捞出挤干水分;

3、香椿切碎,1个小米碎切碎配色,豆腐沥干水分,食材都放在一起;

4、加2克盐,少量鸡精,淋上辣椒油,轻轻搅拌均,装盘即可。
