猪肚做菜的方法

1、食材:白煮猪肚500克,青椒、红椒各250克。调料:葱花、盐、料酒、味精、花生油、水淀粉各适量。

2、将猪肚片切成片;青红椒切开去筋去籽洗净,用开水氽一下,捞出切成小段。

3、炒锅注油烧热,下入葱花煸香,放入肚片翻炒几下,加入青椒、红椒、盐、料酒、味精,翻炒至八成熟,用水淀粉勾芡,淋上熟油,出锅即可。
