1、鳄鱼爬是一边做俯卧撑一边在地面爬行,以基本的俯卧撑姿态出位向下,然后用你的右膝去顶你的右肘。

2、在做起之时,用右臂向前爬行,然后用你左膝顶你的左肘。

3、重新回来,普通俯卧撑姿态,此时应伸出左臂,再用你的右膝去顶你的右肘,循环往复。
