扎马步的正确姿势

1、姿势一:四平马步。练功时两腿并立,两脚平行站好(距离约为自己脚长的三倍)。两膝弯屈半蹲,两大腿微平,脚尖内扣,五趾抓地,重心落于两腿正中,膝部外展与脚尖垂直。裆部撑圆,同时注意保持头正、颈直、含胸、收腹、提肛、立腰、开胯、沉肩、收臀。双手合掌,放于胸前,目视前方。

2、姿势二:脚上宽马。其它与姿势一相同,双手环抱于胸前,指尖相对,目视前方。放松自然。

3、姿势三:双掌前推,四指弯曲。仍旧采取姿势一站法,双臂平举于胸前,掌心向外,四指弯曲食指直立,似按似推。

4、姿势四:双峰贯耳。其它与姿势一相同,两臂向两侧平拉伸直,两手成柳叶掌,尽量以小拇指一侧朝外,两手臂与肩平齐。腕部屈立挺直,小拇指一侧向左右平行外撑,屈腕约90度,两肘微屈。目视正前方。
