1、俯卧两头起锻炼目的:主要锻炼竖脊肌(后腰或下背)、也能锻炼到臀大肌。动作要领:完全放松地俯卧,手臂向头部上方伸直,双腿伸直,吸气的时候手臂和腿同时向上抬离地面,稍微控制一下再慢慢呼气放松。

2、平板支撑锻炼目的:相对地能练到腰腹部和大腿屁股这些核心肌肉。动作要领:头部、上背、臀部保持一条直线,腹部、臀部用力紧绷,手肘位于正下方,后方用脚尖支撑。
