1、胸肌:俯卧撑属于动力性练习,下面介绍一种静力性俯卧撑。做俯卧撑,当身体下降至胸部将要触及地面时,胸大肌极度绷紧,保持此静止姿势8~10秒或稍长时间,然后放松。

2、面对墙站立,两臂前平举,以指尖将触而未触墙为度。全身挺直,上身前倾,两手掌扶墙,指尖朝上。屈肘,上臂与前臂成90度角,上身用力靠近墙,两臂保持屈肘姿势撑住上身,不使身体靠墙,胸大肌极度绷紧,保持此静止姿势8~10秒或稍长时间,然后放松。(这两种动作不会轻易让你的胸肌畸形的)

3、还有给你个建议如1,3,5做无氧运动,2,4,6做简单的有氧运动,如跑步,跳绳, 游泳,效果会更快。
